Mobile Data Turned On But No Connections? Solution

Mobile data is turned on, but the Internet signal is not coming next to the network?

Let's know at the beginning why the internet connection is not done even after the mobile data is on?

As mobile is an electronic device and is made up of electronics parts and software/hardware so if there is a problem it cannot be due to only one reason. Maybe software or hardware or any functional problem.

Anyway, the main thing is that if you have turned on the mobile data on your phone, but the internet connection icon next to the network is not showing, which is why the internet connection is not working, then how can you try to fix it initially? ?

Basically, even after the data is on, the reason why 3G/4G does not come may be that your SIM card is expired or there is no MB, and if both the SIM period and MB (Mega Bite) are there, then maybe the Internet Setting is not correct.

Internet Setting is basically installed by the Sim Operator company automatically or sent through OTP which you have to install manually. But in some phones, Internet Setting is not automatically installed and OTP is also not available due to which Internet connection is not made even after data is turned on.

What you have to do in that case is to manually set Internet Settings from phone settings.

Let's know how to fix internet connection

For this, first you need to go to the setting function by clicking on the 'Setting App' of the mobile.

After going to 'Settings' you need to find the option called 'Connections'.

After clicking on 'Connections', find the option called 'Mobile Networks' from the options that will appear:

After clicking on 'Mobile networks', find the option called 'Access Point Names' from the options that will appear.

Go to 'Access Point Names' and see if there is any 'Access Point Name' here.

If there is, see if it is checked or not:

If it is not ticked then select it.

And if there is no 'Access Point Names', see if there is an 'Add' or (+) plus sign next to the screen.

Now click on 'Add' text or + sign.

After clicking on 'Add' you will be shown a page where Names, APN and many other things will be written from there you just have to set 'Names' and 'Apn'.

In place of 'Names' you write your SIM operator name or any name. Then click on 'OK', now look below there is 'APN' click on it and write 'internet' then click on 'OK'.

Then the options at the bottom remain as they are, there is no need to do anything.

Now just save the setting:

After saving, the option will auto back to 'Access Point Names' and from there select or tick the Access Point you have set:

Now check the mobile data, hope your problem will be fixed initially.
